*Every 4th Sunday evening we will have a Prayer & Praise Service.
** When there is a 5th Sunday evening we will have our Great Commission outreach experiences.

Our Mission is LIFE!

 


Jesus told His followers in John 10:10, “I have come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” The mission of Christ, our Savior, was and is LIFE. That’s why we here at RBC have adopted as our mission for 2008-2009 the exact same thing. Our Mission is LIFE.

It’s our sincere prayer and earnest desire that everyone we encounter will experience the LIFE of Jesus through something we say or do. We plan on living LIFE out loud for the entire world to see in the following ways.

Love. For God so loved the world…We want everyone to learn of and experience this wonderful, accepting love that God has shown them.

Integrity. …a little leaven leavens the whole lump…What the world needs now more than ever is for the church to be what it says it is, followers of Christ.

Family. …it is not good for man to be alone… The family was/is God’s idea. We desire to provide a nurturing environment where families can grow stronger every day.

Excellence. …whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Everything we do should be an overflow of how we feel about God. In an age that seems to covet mediocrity we want to exemplify a spirit of excellence toward God that will separate us from the blah of everyday life.

Christ came for everyone to experience LIFE. Our Mission is LIFE. That has to be a winning combination! Get on board with a winning team by finding your place in one of the many LIFE-giving ministries here at RBCCOG.
