Course Descriptions

 

The Spring 2012 Semester of The Armory will begin Sunday, February 5th @ 5:00 p.m.

There will be nursery available for newborns to age 3 during The Armory.

And then for our children ages 4 to 12 and our students ages 13 and older, there will be various opportunities through fine arts training and ministry training.

The following is a layout of our training opportunities being held this semester.

 

Children’s Opportunities:

  • Boy's Camporee Training
  • Junior Talent Preparation (Drama Team & Bible Quiz Team)

 

Student Opportunities:

  • Youth Band Practice
  • Student Drama Team Practice
  • Skilz

Study: Secrets of the Secret Place

Location:  Fuel Building & Sanctuary Choir

 

Secrets of the Secret Place has one central purpose:  to fuel your passion fo rthe secret place with God.  Divided into 52 short chapters, it can serve as a companion to your devotional life.  Not only will the author help you defuse your personal struggles related to the secret place, he'll also inspire you to the thrilling exhilaration of developing a personal connection with God.  Through his teaching and practical advice, your heart will be ignited with passion for Jesus!

 

 

Study: Financial Peace University

Location: FLC Room 102

Study: Discovery Track

Discovery Track is a catalyst to help you become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. The Track offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your final destination in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into a fulfilling leadership role. The Discovery Track is a three week study composed of the following:

 

Church 101 - Discovering church membership;

Essentials 201 - Developing the essential habits of a healthy believer; 

Shape 301 - Determining your place in the body of Christ.
